Shipping policy

We currently ONLY ship within the United States.

We process orders Monday-Friday and our current order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once we have processed your order.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8, which includes USPS first-class or ground shipping, depending on the size of the order. Please allow the standard USPS shipping time of 1-7 business days to receive your order.

Ramble Clothier is not liable for any products damaged, lost, missing, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Ramble Clothier will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
